I told man Gunna was going to takeover.

Drip or Drown 2 has set the pace for 2019.

Plus the artwork is 10/10.

Been on repeat for the past couple weeks. The spirit of the 90s is alive and well.

MBDTF is still Kanye's magnum opus.

In the span of a decade, how tf we go from

"Have you ever had sex with a pharaoh? I put the pussy in a sarcophagus. Now she claiming that I bruised her esophagus. Head of the class, she just want a swallowship."

to

"Closed on Sunday, you my Chick-Fil-A, you my number one with the lemonade."

smh

Anything Griselda is worth checking for. Slick Rick makes an appearance on the latest Westside Gunn project.

From King To God is one of the best albums of the year.

Benny has an album dropping this Friday.

Yep, that Conway album is one of my favourites of the year as well. Looking forwards to the Benny album as well. Griselda have just been in constant rotation all year for me.

Have you listened to Armani Caesar's album?

I haven't heard any of her solo stuff but she was amazing on the hook of 'Liz Loves Luger' on Who Made The Sunshine.

I actually think Westside butchered that song in a rare misstep, had the potential to be the best track on the album but his lyrics and subject matter don't fit the mellow vibe or hook at all imo.

Yeah, I listened to her album 'The Liz' recently. Pretty good from first listen impression. It was the 98 Sabres track on West's album that caught my attention. She reminded me of Kim/Fox/Eve. Her voice just cuts right through and she holds her own with the crew.

I didn't even realise it was her on the Liz Loves Lugar track. West is funny. He has a few tracks love tracks like this that take it too far.

21 Savage has matured so much as an artist while also remaining loyal to trap.

Idk 21's monotone delivery is so boring to me.

I feel the same about Big Sean.
