I watched this on sunday, did anyone else?? about the woman who was 64 stone?? how the hell do you let yourself get that huge?? it was so sad because she had a £30,000 Gastric Bypass and dies 12 days after her op. She left behind 2 daughters who were only young children! i was so shocked at this! she had 2 have 8 firefighters 2 get her out of the house to go to the hospital!

I know it's a little harsh cos she's dead now, but in all honesty, in your heart of hearts we all know it's self inflicted, it was probably harder work for someone to keep pumping her full of all those calories, than it would have been for her to get herself to the gym.
