Okay... I know there's a Dexter thread mixed w/ Breaking bad but I wanted to ask a specific question as tonight the other half and myself are going to be starting this season; so for anyone who's seen it - Just answer these 2 questions please, don't give me any spoilers.

2: IS Jonah (Son of The Trinity killer), one of Dex's "victims", in episode 7 of the season?!?!?

I watched the first 3 seasons and then didn't watch it... told the wife it was great and she decided to watch it with me from the first season again - we're half way through season 5.

Gonna be really pissed when I get to the cliff hanger on season 6 and will have to wait until October to find out the outcome!!! lol

Can't believe Michael C Hall married the girl who plays his sister on Dexter. That's just wrong. It's incestual.

Just finished season 6 today with the gf... CANNOT f***ing BELIEVE IT!!!

I started watching it and the 1st episode was a little dull, does it pick up or did people get hooked instantly and I just don't like it?

I got hooked instantly... But that could be the writer side of me, I fell in love w/ the concept right away.

Took my wife til half way through season 1 to start to get hooked.

Will give it a chance, if by the end of the 1st season I'm still not hooked then I'll ditch it.

i didn't like season 6 especially the ending i mean ...lol.
can't belive that they are making two more seasons just wow.
the character development is just horrible.

I've watched all the episodes to date, so yeah I would agree the character development is a bit iffy. The show is getting to the stage where they are struggling to think of new plausible concepts and when that happens, it's only a matter of time. I'll still be up for seasons 7-8 though!

There won't be an eighth. It's been confirmed this next one is the last.

Six (with that ending FFS!) WAS set up to be the final one, but something convinced them to keep going - Ratings obviously I'm assuming lol.

But yeah it's since been confirmed Season 7 will be the final one. Although they were set to do a 7th and 8th as of November last year.
