I’ve really gone off the police type murder whodunnits these days.....just been far to many over the last few years, hence why I prefer Vikings type stuff.

First season of true detective is awesome.

Tried the first episode of season 2. Nearly committed suicide

3rd season is decent but the ending is preposterous.

First season is f***ing brilliant. The episode with the single 6 min long tracking shot was like and the last couple of episode are really tense.

Second I managed to get through and still enjoyed some parts.

Not watched the 3rd season yet.

Warship: Life at Sea.

Documentary following life on board HMS Duncan - a state of the art Royal Navy destroyer.

In the first episode, Duncan steams toward the eastern Med to assist French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle in the fight against ISIS and marauding Russian warships.

Great stuff.

You do realize that’s a spoiler DG! I’m just approaching the bit where they are planning an attack to kill her, so clearly that doesn’t happen.
