I have to say I am incredibly disappointed with The Walking Dead. The first episode of the second season was fanfuckingtastic but, apart from a few moments here and there it has turned into Eastenders.

Next week is the midseason finale (don't you hate when they do that?) and if there isn't some serious face munching, or at least a head exploding, I will be pissed.

First time I've looked at this thread and I've never heard of the show. Read the posts from start to finish and I was almost disappointed that I missed the whole thing... til I read that last post of yours Fabs

The first season is savage Est, and well worth watching. This season hasn't been total shit, it just often seems like the zombies are an afterthought. The whole zombie apocalypse thing is what attracted people to the show in the first place.

Would DEFINITELY recommend getting all of season 1 and watching it though.

Love the Walking Dead, it's basically the only show I'm watching right now along with Boardwalk Empire, would recommend it to anyone who like sci-fi/drama/psychology genres.

have to agree with fabs on this one, this season has been like watching a soap opera.. they went and changed all the writers this year i hear don't know why it was perfect before...

i will give the rest of the season a watch but if next year starts out the same then i'm done..

there have been some good moments where i was like crap i didn't see that coming, but ya to much drama..

the only real good part about the mid-season finale was the ending i thought the rest just like watch days of our lives..

there have been a lot of complaints about this season drama feast so hopefully they haven't filmed it all with this break and will change it up a little back to last season way..
