Is this new town to good to be true - or are they setting it up for our crew to pull of a coup for the town and the group have become so weather beaten that they turn 'bad' as if they have lost their way?

I think it may be a heel turn by Rick. New look and new attitude. Would be one way to go. Either that or they live together peacefully which won't happen as no one wants it to. They've already played the new people in new town are evil card with terminus so unlikely to play it again.

That is exactly what I was thinking they can't do that again - they might be going for the whole you are weak angle for the residences because they have been safe behind their walls and take over. With Half of the group not liking the take over etc.
