I like all of them to be honest, I do think Simon is brilliant though.

Sad stories always go far. The media and the people eat it up. Take the live shows last year, for example (or was it the year before...whatever) with that Andy fella, they made sure to mention that his mother died. Sympathy vote goes a long way, apparently. Not detracting anything from him.

Watching it now, I quite enjoy it to be honest!

Some of them are so funny but yet you get the ones who really can sing and sound amazing.

You certainly get some characters on the show!

It's the only decent thing on tv on a saturday night.

Long gone has the Noel's house party and generation game, lol.

I don't know if any of you watched it on Saturday but the big family whose daughter auditioned...she didn't get through, her dad made her dress, then the whole family went in to complain to Simon and co.

Well they were on GMTV this morning.

A guest on there was talking about the show saying its a way of humiliating people. But don't they do that themselves by going on the show?

:?

I haven't seen none of the X factor this year i find it's to much about simon, sharon and lewis walsh.
plus the whole sacking walsh and bringing him back was the biggest publicity stunt performed this year (and yes it was even bigger than chelsea sacking mourinho) ;)

People are morons. Of course it's a way of humiliating people, that for me is part (sadistically) of the entertainment.

They KNOW that they are going to be recorded for television so what rights do they have to complain about the show? They have the right to request that their audition is not aired (I should think) so they have no basis for any complaint.

Haha this is the only episode i have caught of this years X factor and it was good.

The auditions always usually are... that girl who didnt get through was hilerous. I mean how the f**k can they argue about her being humiliated. It was the parents fault like simon sadi if they didnt get her hopes up she wouldnt of been upset that she didnt get through.

She can jog on........
