Ian Wrights Football Behind Bars

Ian Wrights Football Behind Bars

Anyone watching this.

I have watched both episodes and its good with old Tourette suffering Wrighty. He's presuaded the young offeneders service to let him set up a football academy in one of their worse prisons for 22 lads for 16 weeks. Its not just about letting them play footie, it teaches them how to control your tempers, unlike Wrighty lol,how to work as a team and to put everything they learn to use when they leave.

Unfortunatley Chelski are involved with a few coaches assisiting out.

One of he's young players got an early release and Wrighty sorted it out that he could train with a Chelski young peeps programme 3 times aweek. But he blows it out when a mate takes him shopping and spends 3k on him."thtas what i want what hes doing to get fast cash"MUPPET.

But there some fun bits init like Wrighty getting them to do exercises and punishments they used to do when he played for The Arse. Like all the squad flicking you ear if you do wrong in training.

Its on Sky 1 every Monday 10pm

So he wants to lead a life of crime and get fash cash, end up dead or in jail?

When he could potentially earn 60-80 per week as a footballer? Then double his wages by joining Citeh?

Stupidity, these kids really lack the brain power to think ahead.

He had a tshirt on when he left prison goose saying"slow money is better than no money" and said to wrighty "thats my new motto".
Yet 2 days out and he's impressed by his gangster mate.
But the ones who are still in are really changing and you hope they are going to do well

I'm all for this but I think maybe they should of done it in a run down area where crime is a major problem, but then I realised Liverpool already have a youth set up

They tried it in Liverpool, but the kids kept nicking the balls and goal posts and flogging them on Ebay
