New show on Netflix called barbarians. Might be worth a watch

Seen Barbarians.

I liked it, its good and a good visualisation of ancient German tribes rarely reflected right in the movies.

Arminius, I knew of this legendary story before I watched the series, this is a true story so yes its a must watch imo.

WandaVision is brilliant.

One more episode left, so much to wrap up in just one more show, I hope they land it.

Next will be Falcon & Buckey which will be a nice turn of pace back to a more grounded reality so I'm looking forward to the change in style, more bullets and punching rather than powers.

I watched S1 of A Handmaids Tale last year and found it difficult to watch, so left S2 on the backburner. I watched the first two episodes of S2 last night and decided I'd seen enough. So will leave it there.....am I alone with this view?

Loki starting in June as well

But wandavision has been brilliant. Looking forward to the finale.

Maybe mate
I loved it
I am a bit girly in the drama’s I enjoy
I’m not much into science fiction as such but I found this enthralling and was really touched by the girls plight
The fact I had just finished madmen as well
And I loved Elisabeth moss character in that meant I was primed to enjoy it

Not got there yet mate
Wife unsure that she wants to carry on with it so I’m in that limbo land of weather to wait for her or go ahead and watch it on my own
We have just finished the first series of Marcella
And we are watching Bates motel now it’s being repeated
I don’t know about you but we have so many things on the bubble that we are getting a bit mixed up about what’s happened in what
I give her a certain amount of time but if she still is umming and arring I will just watch it on my own

I loved Frank back in the day.

He's probably the most popular British boxer ever. The public loved him. Everyone from little kids to old ladies.

I saw franks first fee pro fights when I used to go to the shows at the Albert hall or Wembley
They were short and sweet
I used to like watching Charlie magri as well
I don’t remember it being that expensive either as opposed to what you can pay now
I was always at some event or the other
I guess it’s about disposable income
I was’nt earning a fortune but I could always go gigs football and even the odd date
I nearly have a fit with my legs in the air when I find out how much a round of drinks cost now.
How do ordinary people afford anything?

We were saying this last night on my Thursday night boys pub group zoom meeting. The question was.....would we continue drinking in each others gardens in the summer, rather than meet at the pub. Five of us, spending about £30 a round inc some crisps, against £30 for the whole evening in the garden with snacks.
