Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

Phenomenal.

McDonough is a genius, he is now responsible for two of the finest black comedies of the 00's, (In Bruges being the other).

Reminds me of the Coen brother's at their best, in fact, it plays out like a tribute to them; Frances McDormand in the lead role only confirms how much they influenced the film.

A masterpiece.

Agreed. A great movie. Such a strong cast as well.

Goes straight into my "best films since the turn of the century list", alsongside fims like 28 Days Later, Chilren of Men, Room, I Daniel Blake and Dallas Buyers Club.

Surely the worst list of nominees ever for the best picture award?

Other than Dunkirk, haven't heard of the rest

Great performance from him. One of his best. It had echos of his "Wild Bill" character in the Green Mile
