I watched 3 yesterday...darrne hogged the puter

1st i watched the Princess bride a disney production which was quite quirky!

2ndly The Addams Family.....hehehe i loved this even though ive seen it a few times before i couldnt bypass the excuse to watch it again!

Then finally at daft o'clock this morning i watched a film called Hello Frankie...a bit of a tear jerker, but very watchable all the same, about a little 9yr boy who's deaf & writes to his 'father' at a PO box who he believes is in the navy, the mother writes back to the boy pretending to be his dad.
Unknown to the boy, they have been on the run for 7yrs, which is why they keep moving, to get away from the violent father who caused his deafness.
Touching story about a mother who does what she thinks is right for her son, & protecting him.

What Dreams May Come (Robin Williams)

Its an oldie as such, really touching story though, enjoyed.

Doctor Chris Nielson meets his true soul mate Annie, marries her and has two children. The children die in a car accident, and Chris dies four years after that. Ending up in heaven, he is guided by friendly guardian angel Albert through the afterlife, and he is reunited with his dog and children. But when he finds out his wife had committed suicide, he desperately searches for her spirit, journeying through Heaven and Hell along the way

I purchased The Last King of Scotland a few months ago, but only just got round to viewing it & I have to say...very good stuff.

It's not 100% accurate & needs to be taken with a pinch of salt, but the acting from Mcavoy & Whitaker is excellent, there are lots of tense moments & there is a cool 70's styling to it all. If you're a bit squeemish, there are a few "full on" moments,so be warned.
