New Indiana Jones (no spoilers, see note)

I have just seen the new Indiana Jones movie and it is great

All the critics and doubters have been really harsh, it does not set the world alight but it is damn good fun and Harrison Ford has still got it.

I would recommend anyone who loves the series to watch it at the cinema rather than waiting for dvd, it is worth it

Has anyone else seen it? Have any preconceptions?

Just got back form watching it and i have to agree its great fun. If your not a fan of the old ones I doubt you like this one. You have to watch it in the cinema because of the way its shot I think the effects will look terrible on dvd or a bad screener.

It has over the top action and is packed with great one liners, gotta love it

1) Last Crusade
2) Raiders of the lost ark
3) Crystal skull
4) Temple of doom

No disrespect to the temple of doom, they are all great films but it is just not as good as the rest, plus that actress is awful.

the guy with the sword was hilarious. i heard that he (harrison ford) had some problems with the stomache when they were filming that scene. they first wanted to do sth different, but he couldn't do that so he just shoot the guy! the rest is history!

Yes the sword scene is legendary and as has been said the Hitler signing is too. I just love the banter between Ford and Connery in the last crusade, brilliant stuff.
