Saw this advertised last night, dont think ill go see it but thought would post.

Obviously haven't seen the film but this struck me as a bit desperate.
You can just see it being pitched in Hollywood.

"Guys we have no original ideas for a film whatsoever, what can we do to get bums on seats?"
"No idea man, what's everyone on the street talking about?"
"Nothing much, just Facebook."
"Let's make a movie about that then."

I saw it and liked it. It was directed by same guy who did fight club.

It isn't just about Facebook, it is about the man who created Facebok and the legal battle that came after his "friends" tried to say they made it. Kind of ironic. He creates something to bring people together and ends up losing all of his own personal connections.
This space used to be more fun...
