It's pretty disturbing. There is multiple rape scenes that go on for 10/15 minutes. Then the revenge parts are pretty gory.
I saw it years ago and would never watch it again. It just made me feel very uncomfortable.

Its not because of the revenge scenes that make it disturbing, though there is some pretty graphic scenes (lets just say someone loses their bollocks in a very creative way). I watch a lot of fairly gory horrors so that doesn't bother me in the slightest, it was the rape scenes sickened me. It goes on for quite a while and every time you think it's over it happens again.

Saw it, or some of it. Lady Fab speaks fluent French and heard it was good (her mam is a French teacher), so we tried to watch it one night. "That" scene was waaaay over the top imo, they could have expressed what they were getting at without it going on forever. Lady Fab was literally feeling queasy so we turned it off.

I'm really not trying to sound like a pussy, but Irreversable f***ked me up and I couldn't even keep my eyes on the two crazy scenes in it. Just sat there staring into space like a r***rd for a bit after I turned it off. There is a subtle noise even in the movie injected by the director that literally makes the human body on edge/sick. F*ck that movie.
