Kathy Bates character in Misery. That scene (everyone who saw the film knows "that scene") still makes me squirm when I see it.

Id probably go with Patrick Bateman. The scene where he chases the girl out of his apartment in just a pair of trainers with the chainsaw never fails to make me laugh!

For some reason, I really pooped my pants with the bad guy in Aussie blockbuster Wolf's Creek. The movie wasn't that good, but the actor playing the psycho made it oddly real.

On the other hand, Alan Rickman in DIe Hard is my favorite crazy villain I love to hate.
