Best Movie Pyscho

Best Movie Pyscho

Who in your humblest opinions do you think is the best Movie Mentalist?

Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins), Patrick Batement (Christian Bale), Jack Torrance (Jack Nicholson), Norman Bates (Anthony Perkins) to name a few.

But if there are any others, state your case..

For me Anthony Hopkins' Lecter in Silence of the Lambs has to be up there. You wouldn't want to his dinner date. :scared:

Not a bad shout, Francis Begbie (Robert Carlyle) in Trainspotting was also a headcase.

I like Bateman because the character is just so hilarious... especially when he bludgens the guy to death and tells him to get a reservation at Dorsia... lol

Yeah I love Bale's performance in that.
The other bit that cracks me up is when his colleague is on the couch and he's put newspaper down, then he puts on a raincoat and chops him up with an axe whilst discussing the merits of Phil Collins' last album.

I agree with Bateman in American Psycho. A sick, twisted movie that makes you think. Gotta love those Post-modern films.
