Yes, some of the poor lines and deliberately poor CGI is fantastic and the acting is appropriately bad. However i don't know if the film is totally "so bad it is great", i would say it is "so bad is is ok", it is definately worth a watch but i wouldn't watch it again for a few years. There just wasn't enough monster bits for me.
