Yeah they all seemed confused.
Massa even pulled alongside the safety car and waved his hands and seemed upset, he obviously didn't relise what the safety car was doing.
I am glad there is no open and closed pit lane during the safety car now.

Get in there Brawn, Frome boy Jenson shows his class (at last) and it's a 1-2 for the debut boys.........I only caught the last 10 laps so i saw the Vettle Kuby crash but it seemed more kuby's fault, and yes the safety car was a bit shambolic, it seemed an after thought to let em finnish unde a green flag!

Anyway Brawn GP are up and running (protest aside) roll on Malaysia!!!!!

I don't think they showed Webber at all throughout the race? At one point i thought he'd crashed out!

Is this because he was third when the safety car came out? If so, how come they never spotted it before the podium?

Well he did in the first corner, then sat at the back of the pack all race. We were playing a drinking game, you had to drink everytime the showed someone overtaking, a drivers missus, a crash, or anytime the words Lewis or Hamilton were mentioned. I was f@*ked by the tenth lap, i must of heard Lewis Hamilton's name about 100 times

Say what you want about Hamilton but to come third in a dog of a car is outstanding. It is a shame he never got on the podium.

I do feel for Trulli though because if there was no safety car that 25 seconds still would have put him in the points but it put him last because everyone was bunched up.

I am gutted that Vettel has a 10 place grid penalty because i agree with the commentators that it was 50/50 or 60/40 at best. Ok Vettel was too risky but Kubica did not leave him enough space like you are supposed to knowing that he is on the inside.

Indeed, McLaren will come good. And normal service will be resumed. I thought Hamilton raced with guts today.

I just had a look at next weeks weather in Kuala Lumpur and it is going to be thunderstorms with a 50-70% chance of heavy rain!

Both Button and Hamilton are rain experts so we could have 2 brits in the top 3 again. If there are any betters out there i think a quid or two on 6 or less drivers to finish the race may not be such a bad bet.

I am really looking forward to next week and i am glad it is 10am so i can go to bed rather than stay up.
