Know nothing about F1 but what happened to Vettel, didn't he have a historic season a few years back?

Haven't heard his name since.

It's all about the car not the drivers.

He's been in a shit car since he won it hence he's disappeared.

yep, just highlights even more how well Alonso did in that crappy Ferrari all those years.

Nando also managed to drag his McLaren to 5th place yesterday, outdoing a Williams (Massa) running the Mercedes engine.

How? Aside from the starts, Lewis has been the better driver and would be ahead if not for the reliability issues.

Even just the last one a few weeks ago, he was winning with like ~10 laps to go and would've scored 25 points while Rosberg would've been 4th on 12 points.
As it was, Hamilton's engine blew up, he got 0 points and Rosberg came 3rd so gained 3 extra points - that's a 28 point swing and the gap before yesterday was 33 points so Hamilton would be back ahead now by 2 points.

Rosberg has been better than his previous years but Hamilton is still superior.

I hear you but i think Hamilton Is partly to blame for rosberg being better he switched of last year after he won the title when rosberg won the last 3 races and that Carrie on into the first 4 of this season. I know he had some issues in them races but I think he helped rosberg gain confidence.

Also the starts are a big thing tbf.

Don't disagree with that, he certainly gave him a boost. However what I focus on is that when there's no car problems, Hamilton is the consistent winner as he demonstrated again today in a race which Rosberg dominated last year with pole, fastest lap and race win.

Unfortunately for Lewis it's out of his hands now, Roaberg needs a car failure to lose this title

No doubt Lewis is a far better driver just think he might differ a bit mentally from schumi or vettel in that he will not be to devastated with just equalling senna, them guys would want to win as many as possible.

I hope Lewis wins he is a phenomenon no doubt, there is still hope for him If it pours in Brazil rosberg will be by far the most cautious driver out there.

Awesome race, verstappen reminds me of a young Lewis, rosberg has one hand on the trophy.

Lewis is the better driver, but this year Rosberg has done the better job .... where Lewis shows his credentials is in races like today ... sure he has the better car but once it rains that goes out of the window, it's all about the driver ....

Lewis pulled a second a lap, at will, over everyone else ... Rosberg couldn't even hold back Max who without his tyre choice error would have come second ....

Lewis also has 'a life' outside of racing .... you may not like his style but at least he has one ....

Congrats to Rosberg if indeed he becomes World Champion ... even if he does Lewis will still be in a different class ....

Rosberg doesn't deserve shit and he hasn't done the better job, hope he comes 4th next race, lucky to even get 2nd today he was terrible.

When Lewis and Rosberg both finish the race with no car troubles, there is only 1 winner.
