If he does it again this season I am sure he will be in front of the FIA.

I like Force India, more needs to be made of their progress as a team since they first came in. They have worked hard and turned from a qualie 3 team to a team capable of getting one or even both drivers into Q1.

Im happy with the progress Force india are making. Luzzi was leaving Alonso for dust, the straight line speed of that car is only second to McLaren and maybe Redbull...

We will see if that is the case in the next race in Monza.

Great to see it all go wrong for Alonso. He loves whinging so he must be in his element right now.

They were saying on the US broadcast that Alanso's car was set up for the wet. So his strategy was dependent on the rain coming, and it didn't until it was too late.

It all went wrong for him and his team made a bad call with tyres early on in the race.

Off topic but I am watching the 1990 Monaco Grand Prix atm and back then the rule was that if you crash out in the first lap and the race is stopped, then not only can you run and jump into the spare car, but you get to go back to your original starting position rather than at the back for the restart.

I am glad they changed that as that is a piss take. You could use your skills to overtake someone at the start, then they crashout, race stopped and magically they are back in front of you again for the restart.

What is the worst place Alonso has to finish to secure the title?

Although I watch F1 when its on, I dont really find it exciting! This race was especially boring as vettel had pole, lead all the way and won the championship.

Yeah it really is rather boring when Alonso pits on the 10th lap or something and then spends 40 laps trying to move up 3 places to win the title and can't get by anybody even though he was right on Kubica's gearbox for the entire race.

My exact point... 40 laps and he never moved up a single place.
40 laps of 'oh he almost had him there'... ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Interesting to hear what some of the other drivers think of both Lewis and Schumacher.
