In seasons gone past mental fortitude has been a big weakness - we seem to have overcome that judging by the amount of come-from-behind wins we have had this season. However, we need to learn to play well for the full 80 minutes! Having the best player in the game always helps though! I believe we have a good shot - this is our best ever chance to beak our duck!!

Wish we still had Matty Bowen in his prime!

Do you follow a team in the NRL?

Yeah Matty Bowen is a class player.

I follow Newcastle over there. I had an attachment to Balmain Tigers (Cause of Castleford Tigers) and then into Wests with the merge. Guy from Oz on this forum came over here though and we had some drinks and that. He gave me the centenary Newcastle shirt. Since SKY lost the rights to the NRL, I rarely see it any more, just check on the results every week.

Oh nice! How's Mango going over at Wigan? I know he had a decent season last year, saw a few of his token long-range tries, but have seen some criticism of him this year. It's a shame, because in the NRL he was one of those players that even the opposing fans loved. Most exciting player I have ever seen (before his knee troubles!). I haven't watched many NRL games either this year as I've been in Pakistan.

The problem with any Wigan player is that everyone hates them. They're the team everyone hates over here.

RIP Jack Fulton

It is with great sadness that Castleford Tigers announce the passing of Chairman Jack Fulton today.

Our sincere condolences go out to the Fulton family. We'd ask that our fans respect the families privacy at this difficult time.

Club tributes will follow in due course.
