you got to give it to ricky hatten

as we all no tmw he fights the best boxer in the world in the usa!

he could of stayed with frank warren and boxed in manchester all his life, boxing low rish fights earning a mill per fight and shouted about he is the best and no one will come and fight him!!!

just like all warren fighters, khan will go the same way, he will only fight in england, and when he fights for a world title it will be against a one hit wonder who got lucky or an old man who hasnt boxed for a few years!!! warren is full of shit, he makes all his fighters money, but they will never be real champs like
HATTEN, DAVID HAYE these 2 give it , but they go get it!!!

come on ricky!! bash the yank :trophy:
you mess and you get the knocked the f**k out baby!!!!!!

mayweather hasn't got the power to knock out hatten . hatten will walk thru 2 punches to land 1 , he is a tough bastard . not sure which way this will go , can mayweather stay outta ricky's way for the whole fight and win on points or will ricky corner him , get inside and drop him with one of those trademark killer body punches . i think i'll go with the last one ;)

One of the Youtube clips was of one of his killer body punches. It looks like there was hardly any force to him, yet it shattered all his ribs.

i can't wait for this

if hatton can stay close to him i think he will do him but a lot of that depends on the ref

but the main thing im worried about is i dont want to wake up tomorrow to every one complaining about a dodgy points decision which as happened to many times before

Just watching a re-run of the weigh-in, and there is no love lost!

The body language of both suggest that this could be a classic. Mayweather looks as though he wants to explode out of the blocks. How would this affect Hatton? Has he got enough to take an early hammering?

I think I'm gonna end up paying for this tonight. I watched the weigh in too, this is shaping up to be like rocky 4, flashy cocky yank against a down to earth tough as nails russian, except for in this case its a english man, and if mayweather gets too cocky like apollo did, ricky might kill him. but everytime I think mayweather will get beat, he pulls a rabbit out of a hat and wins. I hope it lives up to the hype.

There isn't a hope in hell of me staying awake for this one. Plus I haven't got enough alcohol to cover it. Plus Jac is at work at 7. Looks like the replays for me!

However, it would be good if there was a round by round account posted here by those watching, if there is time to add something in the breaks.

If drink-driving was legal, I could quite happily make it all the way to Fordy's, drink myself stupid there, and get back here in plenty of time..... Yep, replays it is then!

Come on Ricky!!

Booked it :D

Not sure if I can stay awake till 5 in the morning and then get up with the kids at 7 though :(

If I don't watch it for any reason I can watch the replay at 9am.....but I would prefer to watch it live!
