Not gonna lie, It's kinda hilarious that this cringey YouTube kid has the entire MMA community on strings... They're all talking about him and they're all calling him out and giving him free publicity.

And he's not an idiot. He isn't going to go fight anyone who has a decent chance of beating him and putting a stop to this.

Completely agree.

He's rich off it, good for him, but for me this is a sign of the times.

Circus freaks for circus customers, too many of the youngsters are shallow Social media whores.

This fools like "I had a dream and worked really hard for this" ......... worked hard, you had a fkin Youtube channel, dream? what dream? to get rich? because it certainly wasn't to become a Boxing Champion, not when your fighting Westling bums like Ersken who's not even a decent MMA striker.

These victories he's getting mean nothing in the sport of boxing, only to his bank account, who the fk buys this PPV or buys the stream??

The new breed today is money > substance.

Why train hard or have talent and actually win something of competitive value when you can short cut the whole process and make millions anyway?

Smart but shallow.

I don't blame him I blame the fans that pump him up, meanwhile I'll just continue to watch professionals.

Kind of sad that history will remember Askren for suffering the fastest KO loss in UFC history and getting sparked out by a Youtuber.

Rather that than people thinking higher of him.

He took this fight, let him wear it, too many of these grapplers think they're hard and I've seen these types over the years when I've trained MMA, some of this BJJ lot would get torched in a boxing gym and I mean on toughness alone, not just through boxing skills.

These guys roll on the floor with no striking for a reason, most of them are too weak mentally to go blow for blow with someone trying to kill you.

Don't get me wrong I respect the skill and I do respect wrestlers for their core strength, but there are a lot of Askren's out there, its like a fish out of water, take him off the floor and they aren't much of a fighter.

Exactly.

Ruiz vs Arreola is a PPV too lol ridiculous

HW boxing as a rule is garbage, I would never pay for a fight.

Ahem.

:hiding:

Tbf I was interested in seeing Chris Eubank Jr, but the Chisora actually turned out to be really good.

Also, if cards aren't worth it I'll usually just download it the next day, however, right now, there's fk all to do in the late eves anyway, still in lockdown pretty much.

Ruiz was knocked down by a 40 year old Arreola but won the decsion.

Wilder would decapitate him, he's too hittable and looked worse even though he lost weight.

Canelo vs Billy Joe Saunders

This is a really good match status wise.

I'm tempering my expectation though because BJ is boring as sht, the Brit in me wants a fellow Brit to win but the boxing fan in me knows Canelo is twice the man BJ is, in and out of the ring.

Canelo is a phenom.

I'd love to see Canelo now take on prime Mayweather, yes Mayweather may win again but I do feel Canelo was a bit green when they fought.

The most impressive thing about Canelo for me is his lack of attributes yet he's still amazing, he hits hard but not ferocious hard, he's quickish but he's no speedster, doesn't have a reach or height advantage ............ he just gets by on pure tekkers.

Ok now I'm getting excited.

Both are out for it, Canelo might actually get a little rattled here, he's used to being treated like the Golden boy, one thing gypsies are good at is bringing their opponents back down to earth.

Canelo isn't liking this front he's getting put on him.

It could never have happened.

Prime Floyd is 135, prime Canelo is 175.

This version of Canelo wouldn't even be able to make the catchweight of 152 they originally fought at.
