Touting football tickets is illegal. Im sure the OB dont care much if its face value fan to fan but its worth remembering that football touting is illegal even though most other ticket resales are legal.

So all re-sales should really be through the Exchange when possible.

I think this is to become a new rule for the forum.

tickets can only be sold at face value + costs, unless its for a charity or you have permission from a admin to auction the ticket for another reason.
