I agree, and thought the same when we saw that picture of Saliba wearing an Arsenal shirt as a boy. There's a generation of French kids who grew up watching Arsenal thanks to Wenger and the French talent he amassed here, especially during the early 00s.

Then he’s decided to take it upon himself to bring back the glory days. Legend in the making tbh.

In all seriousness, though, I bet he would have heard the stories about Arsenal Football Club

Poor Wengerites just can't accept that the reason we are now "boasting" about signing players whilst a small club is entirely down to the management failure of Wonger and Gazidis

Despite not playing in Europe’s biggest competition

Who do you think took the second richest club in the UK from EPL winners to outside the top four? yup that was Wonger ....

Who took a decade when we had record income and pissed that money away? yup that was Wonger

Who made us so shit we dropped below Spurs even though they spent 100m a year less on wages? yup that was Wonger

The fact The Don has already managed better signings for far less money in the last two years than Wonger did in the previous ten, shows you just how disastrous Wonger had become ...

Can we please stop bigging up this sad c*** ... he was great, then good, then f***ing useless .... move on

“The Don’s success.” What success?

*Capitulation when top 4 was there for the taking
*Pretty much all the players we’ve signed so far would not attribute Emery as the reason for joining us
*Defense is as bad if not worse than it’s been in years

You sir are a complete dick ..... just suck it up and enjoy the fact we're finally moving forward ....

Asked why he chose Arsenal amid interest from other Premier League clubs, Ceballos told the club’s official website: ‘I knew I had the confidence of the coach, which was very important for me from the start. ‘I was aware of the responsibility that wearing this shirt entails and it was a tremendously proud moment when I decided to join Arsenal. ‘The coach was the turning point in terms of me joining this massive club. He’s a Spanish coach and he knows me from my time at other clubs.

A loan move proves we're moving forward? :dizzy:

Elite, if Wengerites like Crimson and yours truly want to worship Wenger, we're doing so in a thread dedicated to Wenger.

You need not be involved if you don't think highly of Wenger. That way, it allows every one to freely talk about Wenger's contribution at Arsenal without having to hear Wonga, Wonga, Wonger every time.

So, leave poor Wengerites alone and diffuse your energy elsewhere instead of repeatedly talking about the c*** who is f***ing useless. I doubt anyone likes to talk much about people they don't like. So do as you have said and move on.

Allow those who appreciate Wenger to appreciate Wenger.

Live and let live.

I appreciate the support, Angelito. As you said I’m just showing appreciation to Wenger and I’ll always show appreciation to Wenger when I can, but sorry to say I’m not a Wengerite. The only agenda I have is Arsenal Football Club and its success.
