He was 25 when he joined Arsenal ffs.

Cesc was 24 when he left Arsenal.

Have some consideration.

The last of Wenger's sons at Arsenal.

All the best, Mesut.

And, thank you.

Will absolutely be missed, he made me fall back in love with football when he joined us. The catalyst to our winning trophies again. Gone but never forgotten

The last of the truly all-time greats at the club.
Hopefully, we have more to come - but as of now we have none. Martinelli has the potential.

The only regret is 15/16. Wish we'd won that title. If we had a world class striker, we would have, with Ozil smashing the assists record. It all went wrong from there on for Arsenal.

Ozil was world class until Wenger's final season. We simply couldn't keep up after that, and here we are today, happy with a top-10 finish.

Yet, Oz will forever remain an iconic figure and the best we've had this past decade.

Didn't build quick enough whilst we had him here and missed out on a Premier League title. Story of the Emirates Era.

Good luck to him.

What a letter

Genuine tears.

Much loved by all true Arsenal fans.

Arteta will never be forgiven

f**k sake, I didn't think him leaving would bother me now but still got upset reading that and watching the video Arsenal posted on their page.

Both Arteta and Emery robbed us of his final years here, such a shame. Will always be a stain on them both

The nearly days.

I think the 06-11 period hurts more tbh because we were genuinely close and genuinely good all round. Just that 15/16 season man, anyone who doesn't hate Giroud for that season alone is not a true gunner.

Wenger's worst transfer window as well, bugger.

Cry me a river mate.
He has been awful whenever he played. Has to look in the mirror.
