Alternatively, Santi would be an excellent trainer and could help the likes of 'Douzi, Willock, and other upcoming youngsters improve their gameplay.

I don't think he could have come back from that injury in the PL.

The pace and physicality of the Spanish league is much more conducive to such a comeback.

Great little player. Shame he got such a terrible injury. I think he'd still be playing for us if that hadn't happened.

An excellent trainer? Based on what?

It should have been a could. Yes, I'll give you that.

But this is a very naive question. He's an excellent player and I wouldn't be opposed to having him in the coaching setup. His knowledge and skills could help our young players.

We certainly didn't ask this question when Pep, Zidane, or Arteta took up their roles as assistants/B team managers. Everybody has to start somewhere. It wouldn't hurt to have our most technically sound player of the Emirates era, arguably, training the youngsters.

Besides, if it doesn't work out, we could always offload him. We don't even know if he'd be interested.

Arsenal will also hold talks with Villarreal midfielder Santi Cazorla in the summer to offer him the chance to say goodbye to the supporters. The 35-year-old Spaniard left the Gunners in the summer of 2018, having not played for nearly two years because of injury. (Daily Express)

Just parade him at half time during one of our matches or bring him out last home game when we do the lap

Do not sign him ffs

Sign him on loan for 6 months In the next Jan window. Surely he'd make a bigger impact than Denis Suarez.

I've got a bad feeling about this.

We don't need him back, he's too old for one thing.

Santiago with 8 goals and 8 assists this season, so far. 2nd in the assists table. Behind only Messi.

To think that when he left Arsenal he could barely walk.
