But this is a very naive question. He's an excellent player and I wouldn't be opposed to having him in the coaching setup. His knowledge and skills could help our young players.
We certainly didn't ask this question when Pep, Zidane, or Arteta took up their roles as assistants/B team managers. Everybody has to start somewhere. It wouldn't hurt to have our most technically sound player of the Emirates era, arguably, training the youngsters.
Besides, if it doesn't work out, we could always offload him. We don't even know if he'd be interested.
