Not saying this because of this quality bit of skill but why did we sell this guy again? He was always a brilliant player for us.

Thanks. Must be a reserve game he's playing in but what a bit of skill to pull the first pass off

Because he was apparently a massive c*** on the training ground that's why people don't like/respect him.

He was never a bad player.

because his attitude and disrespect for the club was so much that steve bould had to hold him against a wall then we kicked him out.

there's a million alex songs in the world, we don't need a c*nt with a disrespectful sh*t attitude at our club

this is The Arsenal. you act with pride and respect when in our shirt

Well, he did reject Spurs for West Ham. Sounds like he has enough respect for Arsenal.

He's never said a bad word of Arsenal. How do you know he was a disruptive force in training? I haven't seen any reason why he got the boot anywhere

Steve bould had him by the throat in the dressing room before the friendly in cologne
It was the tipping point after song had been bragging about how barcelona wanted him
Was being told that we were not happy with his defensive discipline and that angling for a better contract was affecting his on field performances
5 days after the cologne friendly he was gone

Wank worthy football from Song but seeing as he's got nothing to do with Arsenal any more this should be in the Football Forum.

@starmandb
And while we're on the subject ;) do you know what happened with the rest of the Podolski transfer friendlies ?
There should be still two "Köln vs Arsenal" friendlies left. Did Arsenal pay some money and rejected to play maybe cause Köln was in the 2nd division and Arsenal wanted better opponents in there few friendlies ?! Because now it could be much more interesting :sneaky2: as the last time.

#GoonersWorldExcuses
- Their goalkeerper had the game of his life
- We should have had 10+ penalties .. shit ref
- If long term injured player xyz would have been available we would have won easily

Did Bould actually have him up by the throat?

Who here actually witnessed what happened?

Anyone? Thought not.

Not to say it didn't happen but people toss these stories around like gospel.
