It's funny cos if we get Kallstrom we can forget about another midfielder coming in

Would be a strange move, maybe he will take Diaby's spot in the squad.

Do not want! Plain and simple. With a year to go on his contract we'd have to pay some fee to get him

:rofll:

Seems like a very Wenger thing to do.

I actually don't think he was that bad when he played. Better than shite like Benayoun for example but not what we need.

Couldn't find a kallstrom thread anywhere which surprised me seeing as we got him in January.

Why's it funny? he's got a ton of experience and i thought looked half decent considering it was a new league and he's been injured. he's on a free isn't he? i'd take him for free as back up with arteta to a proper quality DM

A] He is not free

B] When we have Flamini why do we need another backup?

C] We need to concentrate and focus on getting a top quality combative first choice defensive midfielder and not another backup material.

No thank you. As for OP, I thought Benayoun was decent during his loan spell?

He was but Cripps likes to be ultra-cynical whenever he can.

Benayoun came in to provide decent cover and did just that. Lots of fans were sad to see him go because he was a good squad player. He certainly made more of an impact than Kallstrom has done.

Benayoun was very good when he came here. It was hard not to like him.

13th of May 2012 Arsenal beat West Brom 3-2 to finish 3rd ahead of Newcastle. Gooney is still yet to leave the forum...

Benayoun made a lot of fans for himself during his stay here.

That's our CDM woes sorted then.

Imagine 3 more years of this as soon as Lord Clueless puts ink to paper.
