I freaking love that shirt. Ian wright use to wear it with long sleeves. The shorts were mint as well. Brings back nice school boy memories when it was all new and fresh.

The sponsored shirts didn't come in until the 81/82 season. Up until 1978, the kits didn't even carry a manufacturers logo! I think it took all the way up to 1967 before The Cannon ever made an appearance on the shirts.....

Sir Herbert introduced the white sleeves in 1934.

What are your thoughts with regards to the new seasons kit NOT having the full white sleeves? (might have already been discussed)

I just went to a store recently to ask on 1) the date the kits will be shipped to Singapore and 2) how much it'll cost...
first answer: somewhere in july..ok...i'll live with that...
second answer: between 90-100 SGD
can i ask any of the memebers here...how much exactly does it cost to get a shirt for and adult XXL sized over in the UK??
i somehow felt that i'm getting a little ripped off by the store

If ordered direct from Arsenal, they are £40 this season. Postage and packaging would need to be added to this figure though.

Looking at that, I would say that they do deliver to South Africa, although I can't find anything that actually says it does. I also can't find any info on how much P and P will need to be paid.
