Youngest players to score:
* 17 years, 195 days: Peter Oforiquaye
* 17 years, 218 days: Cesc Fabregas

Lol, Cesc missed out by 23 days. :D

But it was a great goal wasn't it? I still remember the strike. Cross from Pires, chests it, flicks over the defender, and then calmly slots past the keeper. Didn't score much after that. This season has been quite a story though. :shock:

1 st british club to win at juventus
unbeaten at home in 25 years of european competition juventus secured a 1-1 draw at highbury in the cup winners cup semi final 1st leg 1980
and it appeared to be enough to send the italians to the final when terry neill sent on 18 year old paul vaessen with 15mins to go.
2 mins left on the clock when rix went on a mazy run down the left crossed in for vaessen to head it past the legendary dino zoff.
the stadium fell silent and we went into our 4th final in 3 seasons

Angola vs Mali, African Cup of Nations 2010.

Mali came back starting on the 78th minute.

Weren't we the first British side to win at the San Siro?

I remember when we beat Inter 5-1 they said something like that. Maybe it was the first to win there in so many years, the first to do it in the champions league? :dontknow:

I think we hold the record for the most negative fans in the universe.

Also the record amount of fans that can't believe that Arsenal can drop points.

The record for the amount of "fans" that don't believe there was an Arsenal before Wenger, though this is vastly surpassed by ManUre fans that don't know that there was football before 1993.

And the pin drop test says that seating did Arsenal fans no good at all, yes there were terraces once, and yes we did make a ferocious noise, so from going to one of the loudest and hostile grounds to the most timid in the shortest space of time must be a record too.
