So how much do we think the "undisclosed fee" is ???
Aaron Ramsey's magic, he wears an Arsenal hat. Sir Alex said come play for me but Aaron said f**k that. Ramsey is a Gooners fan, he wears his shirt with pride, he plays for Arsenal FC, red and white army by his side!

We will never know but i'd wager something between £9-£12 million, he was their captain after all.

I just hope he justifies it over the next few seasons, still very much undecided on the fella atm but my glass is most definately half full :)

Agreed, i love the way we conduct our business, long may it continue.

RvP has never struck me as a player to avoid, gunn. Unless you know him to be a hardman...?

When he was at Feyenoord players avoided him, you know about his temper, so does Sorenson after he got battered back into his own goal

I wouldn't fight him, not with that left leg of his.

Well, he's not seen as a hardman over here. Petulant, yes, but i wouldn't say feared.

Not in the same sense as Viera or Keane, but i would say he was hard, made of glass, but hard all the same

Just because you are hard, doesn't mean you have to be feared, it just means to me that you give as good as you get and more, i am sure Fordy is 'ard, but he looks like a nice bloke to me from his pics :dontknow:

On a seperate note, not being gay or nowt but Vermaelen does look good in an Arsenal shirt :hiding:

Vermaelen has announced his retirement as a player and is set to join the Belgium National Team's coaching staff. He's replacing Maloney (now Hibs boss) and will be working alongside Henry as one of Martínez's assistant managers.

After the injury-ravaged career Vermaelen's had, who'd have thought he'd continue to play until the age of 36? Or that he'd be Belgium's best defender at the 2018 World Cup? One of the standout defenders at the tournament.
