I am very much centre of the road politically, certainly nowhere near Far Left, and I can assure you that racism is very much one of the main talking points for me. Likewise for just about every other person I know - and my social circle does not include any members of the communist party, BLM activists, or Antifa guerrilla fighters.DiamondGooner wrote:Losmeister wrote:how being against racism is "radical left" is hilarious...

That's not what I said.
I said kneeling is associated with BLM and that the subject of racism is a main Far Left talking point.
That's got nothing to do with who is for or against racism, just because race isn't a Right, central or Conservative talking point doesn't mean they aren't against it.
BLM is a race talking point movement ffs, its the basis of their whole organisation, how can you say what I said isn't accurate?

With so many playmakers and strikers while playing at home, England should have been blitzing the other teams. Which other country can say they don’t have space for Grealish and Sancho?

I think he's a bit of both.
he has the makings of a very good team and seems to have the players with him.
What he needs to stop doing is selecting players that are not good enough.
I still can't work out why Mount took up a place in the final. He was poor to start with, then isolated and missed a match, then came straight back and was poor again.
You can't persist with players who look poor in a tournament and leave players out that are clearly on form and up for the challenge. Neither Saka or Grealish got enough playing time, which is a real shame.

Did the online hate spread any further than the 10-15 Twitter posts that I’ve seen shared around as screenshots as I’ve not witnessed anything? Just general praise for an amazing performance and regret that we couldn’t actually bring it home.
