He'd barely played in the tournament, came on with two minutes to go, what could we expect? Southgate said he wanted strikers on for the penalties and couldn't bring them on too early, that was a ridiculous decision. Sancho has barely played, surely players need to get a feel for the pitch the crowd etc. Saka, bless him, was too young to have that responsibility on him. I think Rashford has missed a couple of penalties for United, not an obvious choice for me. You're right though, he should have done better.
