100%. The team is behind him as well. I think he did well to keep it at 1-1 with them having nearly all the possession after the first half. He got his tactics during the shootout badly wrong, but that can be rectified. In game management was a clear improvement over WC 2018.

It sounded from his post match interview that he might not actually want to stay in the job...
The chances of him doing better in the WC are very small.
Almost none.
Yet, the chances of him leveraging a semi final and final for England to get a massive contract at a big club side are pretty good.
If I were in his position I would move on.
