Near the top for most away points in PL
Basically the new Stoke with the size and physicality of the c***
Took points from United
Should’ve beaten GOAT Liverpool, lost to keeper f**k up.

Watch the 90/91 season highlights and tell me Graham was about 4-4-2 and long balls. Limpar was pretty much a LWF ffs, his teams adapted.Santi wrote:Tony Adams wrote:Santi wrote:Sheffield United:

Aye the ‘George graham’ back 5 with overlapping centre backs.
Football must be really simple in your mind

Reason pool are so successful is because they play direct with pace, as did the invincibles and the GG side in 89 and all of teams defended as a team giving no space or time on the ball

90/91 team was amazing, brilliant to watch, Limpar was a genius and we were so prolific up front.
I remember when andy gray's bootroom first started and graham had played merson 'in the hole behind the strikers' (I think vs palace) and he'd run riot. Gray was raving about Graham's switch in tactics.
But hey, founded in 1996 and all that
