Proper Brexitball display from Burnley. Just happy more players weren't injured. That defense is f***ked though. Sad days when you're missing Mustafi.

Crap? No.
Average goal scorer.
Horse manure in every other part of his game.
Today he was absolutely dreadful - again.
We need a striker.

Lol guy is completely clueless, scored 2 goals and PL top scorer yet he was absolutely dreadful.

Very enjoyable game today, loved Auba's second goal, good 3 points. Now let's pick up some more momentum vs Brighton and then take on the Scousers. Kola, Sokratis, Ozil, Laca and Auba were awesome today.

Yeah. The amount of snide challenges, kicks and barges was ridiculous. They should have been down a few men in the second half.

Don't know how they got away with it

Good lineup selection results in a hard fought win. Real solid 3 points today.

Just back from the game. Key points I want to make:

- I have no idea what our tactics were today, there was no urgency or energy.

- Lacazette is brilliant holding up the ball.

- Apart from his 2 goals Auba was absolutely shit!

- Our defence is piss poor.

- Sokratis is a beast. He dominated everything until his yellow card

- Burnley are shit.

- Ozil had a decent game and closed down players at time. A couple of assists and lasted the 90.

- We cannot defend for shit. Worth saying again. Every Burnley attack looked like they would do damage.

Top scorer in the league but not good enough as striker.

Makes sense.

You know when you've dug yourself a hole but it was in the wrong place, so instead of climbing out admitting you were wrong and dig somewhere else you just mindlessly keep going and hope no one notices?

When a man gets something wrong and admits it, it means he just made a mistake, when a man know's he's wrong but keeps insisting he isn't, that is the definition of a fool.

The defence did look all over the place from the TV broadcast - I am sure it looked even more of a car crash when watching live.
Emery hasn't yet sorted the defence. January is important. I hope he breaks with the tradition of burying our heads in the sand until February.
Agreed on Lacazette - he does a great job of retaining posession. He looked really annoyed when he came off today - rightly so. He was one of our most effective players.

Exactly this!!

Did anyone hear Ashley Barnes' interview? What a massive c***.

He said that he gets booked for 'hardly anything' and Sokratis was fouling him all game lol.

Then he said that we were going down easily and getting all the 50-50 decisions.

And had the audacity to say that THEY should have had a penalty for Kolasinac's weak push on Long. Even though Kolasinac's slight 'push' was a forward 'push' and Long fell backwards? Added to the fact that the corner shouldn't have been given in the first place as 4 of their players were offside from the free-kick that led to it, it makes what he's saying even more comical.

Burnley players are just c**** tbh. They need to get relegated ASAP. Sick of this agricultural, neanderthal type of football stinking up the league.

Jay Laca coming off was baffling, definitely one of the 4 best Arsenal players. Then to see Iwobi taking his place was like "what the f**k!!!"

Aubamayang was shit today... a regular occurance for him. It's painful watching him trying to hold the ball, control it and link play.
When Aubamayang actually plays well for a sustained period, then I will admit I was wrong. Until then, he shows me weekly that I am right.
He's actually a downgrade on Adebayor, and huge downgrade on Henry, Anelka, Wright, Van Persie, Alexis.
He is a better goal scorer than Giroud, I will give you that.

With Aubamayang, it feel like its Wengeritis all over again. False idol who must not be criticised despite poor performaces week in week out.

A downgrade on stikers we had 10 years ago in our golden age.

Name me a striker we can get that's not you peasant, what sort of reasoning is that!!?

He's not better than Henry / RVP etc ............ are you fkin lifted in your head mate?

That just maybe the most stupid sh*t you've ever said, especially since we've just come of 5 years with Giroud who's only scored 1 prem goal for Chelsea this season!

1 fkin goal and you dare mention his name in the same sentence as the Prems top goal scorer???

Take the day off, no in fact don't come back till 2019.

Leaving the defence aside for one minute - I think we had two glaring gaps in our side. One has been fixed with Torreira. The other, not yet... we need a wide player who is going to beat defenders, open up space and create. If we had one, then Lacazette might just be the striker we need... Without the wide player our striker MUST be able to hold the ball and link play. Lacazette can do it, Auba can't.... but in teh current set up I don't think we are getting the most of of Laca.
