16/12/18 | Southampton 3-2 Arsenal | Premier League

So this Alexis pubber whoever the hell is has no idea what hes talking about?

Manc fan I assume

Anyway wasn't it at Southampton Szczesny ended his Arsenal career by smoking after a loss?

Shane Long one of the worst strikers of all time and widely regarded as the white Welbeck destroying Koscielny was humiliating.

It wont be an easy game. They are playing shit but first home game under new manager. We aren't playing well but grinding out results. A 1-0 bore stuff of champions win will do me especially as im not watching the game so don't care about performance and entertainment

I think we should be worried...the stars are aligning against us! Makeshift defense, 1st proper game for them under a new manager etc.

Hoping we can play with steel and need to take our chances when they come.

Ozil might not be a good idea if their manager has implemented his pressing style onto the team in a short space of time. Mesut needs his space and Southampton may not give him that. Will be interesting to see how Soton fare, their manager is very highly thought of.
A new era.

Arsenal have won only one of their last seven away games against Southampton in the Premier League, a 2-0 win in May 2017 (D4, L2).

This will be tough

Özil
Lacazette - Aubameyang

That is a most sensible line up, but bet it doesn't happen. You just know Iwobi and Mikhi will mess it up!

At least one of Ozil and Rambo will start on the bench, if not both!

I think that Lacazette won't start match in Sunday. Emery played him and Mesut last night in not important match. There is explanation for Ozil, he need some minutes on the field but I think that Laca played because he is not starting on Sunday. I am glad that Koss is back, this would be my team:
Leno
Bellerin - Koss - Monreal- Kolasinac

Torreira - Xhaka

Ramsey - Ozil - Aubameyang

Lacazette

Problem is that we don't have anyone better in tight spaces than him. So no better options imo.

Other alternative is to go for blitzkrieg. Put Ozil, Mikhi, Auba and Laca up top and go for a 5-2/6-3 shoreline.

Expecting this to be our most comfortable game of the season, they are truly shit.

Probably end up 1-0 to them then.

They are always an inconvenient opponent for us, so I expect tomorrow, but I think we can win. Fight until the last minute.
