Laca and Auba are a dream tandem. Love them to death.
Defensively we are very shaky, goalkeeper included.
Xhaka must be sold immediatelly. Ramsey + Guendouzi + Torreira is a killer midfield.
Ozil simply not good enough or he doesn't care enough. Either way, should be sold.
We desperately need a winger.

Agree with everything except the Ozil comment.

You do realize Ozil getting on the ball is what pinned Cardiff back because it made our build up play and attacks so incisive?

He changed the came by coming deeper to get on the ball and control play.

Eh, possibly. Don't know. I just expect more from him, I know he's capable of it. Especially in big games.

Btw, imagine Laca + Auba and Alexis on the wing. One can dream.

have u seen alexis play in the last year

he's not even top 20 prem players anymore, glad we got rid of the dog nonce

As if it's relevant how he plays in Man Utd. He was great for us, saved us from mid table mediocrity.

Anyways, IMO, this team competes for the title:

Leno
Bellerin van Dijk Sokratis Monreal
Guendouzi Torreira
Ozil
Mahrez Aubameyang
Lacazette

We are so close, yet so far. Very frustrating.

We're rebuilding. We're not close to anything.
That's what this season is about.
I do not expect many of these players to Arsenal players in 3years, but that is ok. I dont really care about the final league position. It's definitely not going to be top 4 and we're Not going to get relegated. Just want to enjoy game to game and see some improvement.
Today was fun to watch.

Of the team that won 1-0 at Newcastle in 2015
Only 5 are still at the club
There will be lots of changes in the next few years as you say

only 3 teams conceded more than us so far. We are averaging 2 goals conceded per match. And we ben very lucky. We could have easily conceded 12-14 goals first 4 matches

Hope you have could have on your betting slip

And players
And fans
In fact everything about the club
I would take up a new hobby were it me
Being defined by what you dislike is very spursie

Too much negativity in the forum lol. Seems like fans are ever satisfied lol. Just give the team some time it’s not gonna change into man city in one window.

Postby TheCantonCorner » Mon Sep 03, 2018 10:20 am

Cardiff fan here - great game yesterday, shame we didn't get anything but your quality finishing was the difference.

Here's my matchday vlog from yesterday with the Mustafi goal included.

Looking forward to going to the Emirates next year.
