Lol bang on.

Its almost like they expected us to wipe the floor with City didn't you know.

Positives for me was ...........

The CB's actually didn't look trash today, in a game designed to show them up.

Litch looked capable.

Emery realised two things at half time and made changes ..........

One, Ozil cannot defend wingers so moved him in field to No10 which has to be the way moving forward.

Two Xhaka was offering fk all so Torreia comes on and looks like a worldie in comparison helping out Guendouzi in the process, two DM's behind Ozil is a good midfield trade off.

The fact that I saw him make these adjustments in game gives me hope he's seeing what I am.

Guendouzi will get slaughtered against Chelsea's midfield depth., he lacks the physicality, experience or quality to be a starter..... He is just coming from the French lower division lets not get carried away.

Lol, the one outstanding thing that Guendouzi showed today was his physical presence, able to hold onto the ball, shield it and win tackles.
Not sure what you were watching.

I should be asking you that. But for the one tackle against Sterling he clearly was Bambi on ice in headlights all game..

Like I told DG, a meltdown today was always gonna be the reaction on this forum. Anyways I'm judging Emery on how he adjusts week to week.

Early days, need to give it 10 games to make a conclusion, obviously isn't going to be the year for the title but top 4 should still be a realistic target

Disappointed, would of been nice to get at least a draw against city.

In a way that game did Emery a favour it boldly highlighted issues rather than us being able to cover them up against a weaker side.

Bold highlights are that Ozil cannot track wingers so move him infield and that Xhaka is crap.

This will serve us well if he learns this now.

Was thinking the same, will he ring the changes for the next game and drop players he thought were rubbish, with Wenger players were certain starters despite how crap they were the previous match.

Nope, he was the only one willing to get on the ball. Xhaka like usual, was enjoying his afternoon walk on the pitch
