Yup. No ambitious manager should want to be anywhere near Arsenal.

Absolute bollocks
It's Wenger holding us back
If the arsenal job became available you would have lines round the block for it

Don't expect successful big names in your lines round the block. Managers who are used to managing big spenders won't join your line, unless they are looking for an austerity challenge.

Best we can hope for is probably someone like Simone.

There is only ONE solution and I'm surprised there are still those who refuse to accept it.

We were in 6 th place on 17 points after 11 games 3 years ago having just lost at Swansea
We finished 3rd

Be interesting to see what games he's refd. Break it down further. If it's mainly our big games, then we dont have a habbit of turning up anyway

He tends to ref big games, which we rarely show up for.

He reffed our home defeats to west brom and Aston villa in 10/11 and our defeat at crystal palace last season
He also took charge of our 13/14 win v Spurs
Our fa cup win at Man Utd and last seasons 3-0 win v chelsea

ever since winning the CL with the plastics, i don't think he's ever saved one

He has saved 5
Mifsud v Malta World Cup qualifier 2012
Stockholm v nordsjaelland champions league 2012
Walters v Stoke 2013
De Rosario v Canada friendly 2013
Ibrami v Maribor champions league 2014

Petr Cech has saved none of the 13 penalties he has faced with Arsenal in all competitions

Basically left his penalty saving skills with the plastics. Wonder if we still got the receipt to put in a complaint about defective player that we got sold.

You do realise he still played for Chelsea after the champions league final don't you?
The question was has he saved one since?

Watched the game again .... only one team in it ... they were just better than us all over the pitch ... Sanchez had zero support .... Xhaka is just rubbish ... and even Kolasinac got found out defensively ....

We didn't give up which was good to see ... we were just out classed ... six bookings as well so at least we fought ....

Wonger's comments were the usual drivel ... the man's lost it

And you are falling into the a top manager at a big spending club would give up free spending to prove he can compete with less resources at Arsenal trap.

I can wish and you can expect, but at least be realistic. Anyone expecting a Pep or Mourinho type of manager to come here while Kroenke still owns the club, should have a contest with Arsene to see who's more deluded.

Spot on with that, it would have been worse if Sterling and Morata didn't wasted a couple of simple chances, yes the ref was sh1te BUT we were shite and thats why we got beat!!

other than that... how many times are we to get fooked royally by obvious os calls? sheesh.

penalty? tough one... tryna be objective that looks like a 50-50 call. on thing for sure... if it was giroud there would be no penalty call.

One lapse of concentration from one player is all it takes to ruin the entire game plan for everyone. Not trying to put the blame of the loss on one player but just pointing out how vital it is for everyone to be turned on for the full 90 in these games
Ramsdale
(Turner/Hein)
White Saliba Gabriel Zinchenko
(Tomiyasu/Niles) (Timber/Holding) (Trusty/Kiwior) (Tierney/Tavares)
Odegaard(c) —- Rice
(Xhaka/Lokonga) —- (Partey/Elneny)
Havertz
(Jorginho/Vieira)
Saka Jesus Martinelli
(Pepe/Nelson) (Nketiah/Balogun) (Trossard/ESR)

That wasn't a lapse by Xhaka, he was pressing the player on the ball..........

I didn't even notice Xhaka until you pointed him out and although he moved towards the city player, he really didn't put the city player under any pressure tbh. In any case, I was referring to Ramsey. Maybe its just me, but I feel he could have done more in the situation. Felt like De Bruyne got in behind too easily
