*Ramsey impressed the most, imo, and the result was a reflection of his performance. He was disciplined and stuck as close as possible to Kante and Cesc. Looked like he was tiring towards the end but should be expected after the shift he put in. How I wish he could use this game as a benchmark for what he needs to do as a CM

*Koscielny, Monreal, Kolasinac, and Cech were solid. Their decision making was pretty much spot on the whole game. Clean sheet fully deserved. Was also about to lose it when Luiz made that leg breaking tackle near the end. Thankfully Kolasinac's made of steel :)

*Mustafi was decent. there were times where the Chelsea players were getting in behind him but besides that he was ok imo. Cleared when he needed to, closed down players pretty well, and even got a goal that was unfortunately ruled offside.

*Bellerin was also ok. Made some good crosses and prevented some crosses from coming in. I also liked the foul he made at the end which slowed down Chelsea’s attack

*Not too mad at Lacazette for the missed chance. Looked difficult. Was never going to be easy for him against a tough Chelsea defense. Highly likely he would have got a goal were we playing a more inferior side

*Iwobi was probably our least impressive player. Possibly the difference between us winning and drawing the game. Still deserves some praise for his work

*Finally, Wenger deserves any praise he gets today. Tactics was near flawless.

Good post.

Ramsey was quite good, Xhaka looked decent for once and the rest were solid.
Hope Welbeck's injury isn't serious. He was getting better.
Chelsea are better than us, but we have a better coach. That's the difference.

also provide less in terms of scoring and creating chances.

the question was already asked... is this the way you want to play every big club...

This season? Yes, we have zero chance against any of them

The only club I'd not be in favour of playing this way against is Man Utd, who'd destroy us on set pieces due to their height advantage

No thanks. We are f***ked as soon as the opposition scores.

I saw how Özil led our reaction to Liverpool's 4 goals earlier this season.
We definitely need him out there to " create chances" .

Mainly talking about sanchez tbh.

Not the biggest ozil fan either but he is 20 times the player iwobi is.

I agree we need Sanchez, but not the current Sanchez.
He needs to sort things out, sign that contract and focus on the game.

set up like we were today, we'll beat both spurs and Utd. Not sure about City.
we just need Cazorla out there.

United terrifies me still tbh. While we've not seen them against top opposition, I'm veryyyy scared.

They really don't look very good. Should be a bit easier than today if we play a similar game.

Yeah I could see Iwobi waltzing straight into the Real Madrid 1st team.

We put out all the work horses to play steady and grab a draw.

Are you suggesting we play this style of football against everyone? are we a posh Stoke FC?

It's the right thing to do when we're outclassed i.e a City or Chelsea game, but what about Sunderland's or Watfords are we going to play for the draw then as well?

Your a clown looking to score points, we didn't win today so spare us your pathetic gloating.

Exactly
You have a plan and you execute it for each individual game
We did it today
I expect it every game
