Thankfully they are suspended otherwise you could only imagine the outrage yesterday.

The way I see it, if you're in it then you want to win it. We all wanted to beat Chelsea yesterday lets face it.

It's not a trophy, no but it's a good game to win before your season starts and you get a shield to go with it. The Spanish, Germans and the French all take their respective pre season game seriously, so should we.

You only had to look at the faces of the Chelseas players to see how down they were about losing. It's never nice to lose at Wembley.


Or the Chelsea fans stampeding down the stairs as soon as they missed the second pen.

Could you link me to those posts cause IIRC all none Mourinho haters didn't even rate this crap "trophy" and so they won't mention it..

Lost 9 games last year (not including draws against small teams) havent seen enough in preseason that shows that we have changed this
