When you start with Giroud he is mostly kack and ruins our play because he can't hold up the ball and falls over so we lose possession. Or, he doesn't move into space so doesn't give you any options ... so we lose the ball. However way you look at it we always lose the ball when Giroud seems to start .. unless Walcott or Sanchez are having one of those "I can't control the ball for toffee" days. More than happy to see Giroud come on as a Plan B.

As for refs, I heard that Cech could've/should've been sent off too, is that true ?

In any case and I forgot to say, another good win for the Arsenal, lets keep collecting those points and pretend the February/March collapse won't happen  :bouncy:

Sunderland are probably the worst premier league side since Sunderland in 05/06 so result means nada

performance does mean something, however
Arsenal haven't won a trophy since 6 August 2017 and haven't won a big game since 8 March 2018.

I'm here, was asleep but now I'm awake (swear that's a Christian hymn lol).

Yes this is pretty much exactly what I asked for, glad to see they got it right this time, I would of been pissed if we done another Middlesborough especially after the Burnley lesson.

I missed it too. 6:30am start in my timezone. Brutal. Just finished the replay. Great result. The penalty called on Arsenal was legit but the ref missed the one on Sanchez in the 63rd. If he called that takedown on Sanchez, Cech probably gets the clean sheet.

I liked that Sanchez got in the ref's face after carding Cech and pointing to the spot. He was pissed.

Evidence please
Where can you find arsenal losing 10 games or later into the season against a team who have not won yet?

Giroud has scored twice 10 times and 2 hat tricks in games that he has started
He is a good bench option
Sometimes he is the right man to start
It's wengers job to work out properly whats what
