How hard can it be.?
Didn’t seem hard for Liverpool or Spurs.

Or Leicester, or Everton, or Burnley, or Brighton, or Brentford, or Norwich, or Leeds, or Wolves, or Newcastle.

Suddenly as soon as we ask for one the whole world is fed up with postponements and insisting the game is played.

Yes - just like the referees week in week out - letter of the law for Arsenal, not for other teams.
How convenient for them to decide they need to really assess this one.

I really want a game to watch on Sunday but .......... it's in the best interest of the club to postpone.

As much as I want to watch a game I don't fancy watching us in a complete and utter weakened state handing those bandits an undeserved advantage and harming our chances at top 4.

The team we field if we're forced to play is certainly not the well oiled and well performing team they would of faced two weeks ago who gave City all they could cope with (until Xhaka).

Don’t we have to have 13 players outfield or less available for a postponement.

It'd be a joke to postpone this because of 1 covid case tbh, but other clubs have done the same.

I guess part of the problem is we’ve also sent players out on loan when we knew we’re short without signing anyone.

Chelsea have had three requests for postponements rejected .... no idea what the requirement is and that's the real problem. But what's good for Liverpool is good for us as well ....

Get it postponed if we can, make up some false positives if you have to, no point going in to such an important game if we are massively short. Normally I wouldn't advocate dodging the game but after the Liverpool debacle last week f**k em. Have a week's rest, get our players back fit and go all out for the second leg of the cup, spurs can wait till we have partey back.

"There are a combination of reasons why Arsenal's squad is so thin, where do you draw the line? It is a really sensible question to ask. It needs real clarity. It needs to be down to Covid but all these other situations happen and you have to deal with it."

It should be one rule for all, the dippers got away with it, but I agree I think it should be Covid reasons only for the postponement of a game otherwise every excuse in the book will be used if teams don't fancy their chances of winning a game.

Which team has had the most games postponed this season is it Man U??
Angry if they deny us not because I don’t want us to play just because it seems we ask and it sparks a massive issue.
Maybe FA should let us postpone this one but make a statement saying they will no longer accept clubs asking to postpone games without serious reason.

Need the keepers to be out and it wont be refused, but otherwise it will probably be played.

Hypocrisy at its finest. Where were you when Liverpool were faking covid tests?

I got no problem if we are made to play and I hope that it inspires us to feel hard done by and some how we get a win. If the clubs have all decided to go on and play then that should be the decision for all clubs, no matter.

They should have spoken out earlier but they didn’t but as soon as we do it then it becomes a problem all of a sudden.

Amazing isn't it - the League and the pundits taking a stance as soon as its Arsenal.
