If someone predict 0-0 without a goalscorer that person should get 4 points imo

Thought about this in the past and it certainly makes sense, but decided against it as members are accustomed to the rules as they are. Last time we introduced a new rule, people seem to have forgotten about its existence. Now imagine what'd happen if we added another regulation.
