You can't increase his contract this the first time in years he's actually played for the club.
Its not reduced its a target based deal. If he stays fit he actually gets paid full amount which he a 10 grand increase.

Wilshere has'nt done anything for us really. There's people with way more contribution than him in last 5 years.
