Wenger buys a 45 million striker.

Keeps him on the bench.

And then brings Welbeck in the match before Laca.

Let that sink in.

Results this season are typical us but why can't we play good football any more? That used to be our thing. Now we are boring, easy to play and inconsistent.

yikes.

Because our striker can't take ball to feet FFS!!!

Two of the leagues best CAM's behind him in front of them is a striker who can't take a through ball or ball to feet without looking like he's stuck on an Island.

........... with Lacazette on the bench.

There are a zillion games in December and Lacazette had groin niggle. You mean to say that rotation should not be done?

The problem is that we have such impotent predictable playing style that does not use the width with everything going through the middle only to hit the traffic and the attack petering down.

We may not have a top squad but a different manager can get a lot more out of these lot.

Do you know what though I'm not even mad at the team.

Everyone played hard, 70% possession, defence played fine, even Iwobi and Welbeck did what you'd expect of them but there in lies the problem ......... Welbeck on instead of Lacazette when you need a goal??

No AOL, CAM's with sh*t loads of possession and no mobile striker to take the passes?

This is on Wenger and Wenger alone.

Giroud makes sense if you have pacy wingers who are good at crossing. We don't have that.

Our playing style is too laborious, narrow and slow to be effective against a team defending deep.

Final free kick was exactly that - pace and good close control :)

If he had a niggle then whatever but it fks me off no end when West Ham were left open to a counter and we have the penetration of a fat man with a 1inch penis.

When Giroud came on last game it was perfect, they were parking the bus all game, we wore on them, then Olie comes on and gives us that height, whens the last game that, that has worked when he started though? almost all season, last goal was a penalty.

As a sub he's dangerous, but I think if he starts defenders get used to doubling up on him.

Nowadays ArsenalFanTV after the match is more entertaining than our matches.

Cant fault anyone today.

We tried but couldn't get through.

Ozil and Wilshere should have scored though but what can you do.

Seventh in the table, a place below Burnley and an away goal record a side battling against relegation would be ashamed of.
