Sweden are quite limited team from what i have seen, i expect we will dominate, we need more firepower though or we could easily lose from a set piece, sterling doesn't score for england, i would give rashford the nod, he should be full of confidence after the pen and seems like vardy choked.

Alli like sterling doesn't have a good england record, on top of that he isn't fit, would bring loftus in for him.

Sweden have an advantage with a fully fit team and England went to hell and back to get past Colombia on penalties, but the equalizer is that Sweden are shitter than England. England are better but how much will the fatigue cost them. The interesting thing will be Sweden will be much much better than Colombia, Tunisia and Panama at dealing with England on set pieces, England have no creativity as Sweden don't either so it will be a fascinating game, snoozefest or not.

Croatia should beat Russia but they just won't, or if they do it won't be easy.

The other two look TASTY!!!! :)

Its going off down my way, massive gathering, whole streets blocked in town centre.

If England won the WC it'd be shut down.

Mate do you have to Google stereotypes for each country or is it a party trick of yours that you have them ready for every country?

Why have we opened a quarter finals thread? Didn’t England win the World Cup yesterday?
